Our mission is to achieve exponential growth with our commercial assets by forming profitable partnerships that allow us to acquire new assisted living (ALF) facilities in lucrative markets.  We are leaders in the field of “ALF” management with a proven track record of success.

Once the property is acquired, our business model consists in syndicating 90% of the equity of each assisted living facility, while keeping 10% of the equity and the administration as General Partners, giving distributions to our investors until each property is sold. We are also provide a platform for EB-5 investments. However, our main focus is on cultivating long-term relationships with our investors.
